Why buy from us

 We keep a small herd of dairy cows that are breed to beef bulls – Angus/Wagyu cross beef – Our cows raise their calfs 8 – 10 months, and then fully weaned to pastured.  When calf is apx. 5 months old they are seperated 50% so we have cows milk as well.  Ending is very tender, well fed beef.
