
**Lunch on the Farm ๐ฝ๏ธ๐๐** Hay season!
Today's meal: **50/50 beef & pork sausage meatballs** โ all from our farm!
Just one egg, a heaping spoonful of lard, and mix it all together (sausage has enough seasoning). Topped with fresh oregano and garlic ๐ฟ๐ง โ baked in a 9x13 with red sauce.
These are **perfect for meatball subs** โ hearty, flavorful, and dinner comes together fast.
**Half the time of meatloaf, twice the flavor.**
Weโre hot and steamy here in Arkansas... and not just the kitchen! Jim and I are out **hauling and stacking hay**. YAY โ๏ธ๐
