Pork Shoulder - Fresh cut roast

We have a few differnt cuts of pork steaks, roasts -  1- 3 lbs - 1 -2 inches thick - 

Very versatile cut of pork - takes seasoning so well - 

Pork shoulder out of a crockpot, with kale, potatoes, onions, pickle juice, about 2 cups worth, and some water - Makes for a nice mild brine, toss in some peppercorns, garlic - So good! 

Set on high apx. 6 hours or till done - We leave all day -
